Just feel like I smoked crack. In any case, this would make for a fun game, if expanded upon properly. And the characters explored. Alot of potential there. Also nice animation

It's endearing. But why the hell is it so pixelated?

The sound effects really help add to this animation, though the eye and stem could of looked a bit more shiny to indicate it's "Moist". Really like the way it looks around though and how it focused in. Good job on this one.
EDIT: Yes you should use some flat colors to emulate the effect.

Thanks haha, I thought I went a bit overboard making some of them but that might just be bias.
Yeah that would have been a good idea...I tried making the eyeball itself shiny (you can see the gradient when it goes dark), maybe I should have used some flat colours for highlights instead of gradients, they're always so much easier to work with

Not sure why it's a movie, you could just make that a gif. But the design is nice. Needs more refinement, but it's nice. Add some more details, refine the design and most importantly, some shading, and you can go far with that.

I'm horrible at figuring out export settings so I just use the same one for everything :P
I was never planning on going crazy on the details, just wanted to get a draft together and leave it until I had something to use it for haha

Improve your comedy style a bit, it's far too "Lamo random" rather than having cohesive jokes that flow into eachother or build on one another. Or explore a subject well.

The model itself looks a bit too rubbery texture wise but the atmosphere (especially sound design and the icy cold fog rising up from the ground) and framing is done well.

BatteryMasterMMD responds:

Thank you! Admittedly I should have done something more with her skin. I'll see what I can do about that.

You definitely need to optimize your frame use but that was endearing. I'm curious to see what you do next.

Thanks for the feedback, ill keep that in mind- I'm glad you enjoyed it!

For a single day, it's surprisingly fucking hilarious. Congrats.

I could see how you would continue this in the future, and you damn well should. There's alot of passion here, and the quality here is undependable, so CHASE IT!

That actually was pretty solid, you got a good grasp of animation and the writing of the characters really sells each of them and their issues. Especially as you can see X-RL7 getting more fed up with his situation.
The animation itself is pretty good for skeleton based, you got some subtleties there that I can appreciate. However I think the sprites themselves need some work. Colours are a bit too muddy, the bodies lack a bit of definition in shaping and the hair for most characters doesn't cover most of their head (especially noticeable on the women.) If you made the sprites more defined or even more detailed then you'd be making the most out of not needing to animate them conventionally but using the skeleton rig.

I'd also like to see what you can achieve by going full sprite with no skeleton, since you got a solid grasp of animation it would be amazing to see that.

X-RL7 responds:

Thanks a lot for checking out the episode! Appreciate the good vibes :)
